SCE, Entergy and NAC share insights into nuclear decommissioning and used fuel

The Nuclear Decommissioning and Used Fuel Strategy Summit (October 2-3, Charlotte, NC) returns for the 4th year running and it’s set to be even bigger than before.

There have already been many confirmed attendees from utilities across North America, including; SCE, OPPD, OPG, Duke Energy, Entergy, NextEra Energy, Xcel Energy and Maine Yankee with many more confirming their place in the coming weeks.

To give you a glimpse of what you can expect to see at the summit in 2017, I’ve put together some of the presentations from last year for you to have a look at.

You can access them here: http://bit.ly/2ssszca

These presentations include insights on:
- The status of shuttered or soon to be shuttered plants from the organizations managing their closure
- How nuclear utilities are adapting to current market trends by placing more emphasis on long-term planning for nuclear decommissioning
- The key attributes of a dry storage campaign that drives a successful decommissioning project

Let me know if you have any questions at all.

Thanks,

Ben
